Barbeque Nation is one of India’s prominent casual dining restaurant chains, being managed by Axis Capital, IIFL Securities, SBI capital markets, and Ambit Capital.
The company is a fresh IPO having shares worth Rs. 275 crores, with the company willing to present an offer-for-sale of 98,22,947 equity shares.
The company eyeing this filed the draft papers with SEBI in the month of February and has now got the green flag from the regulator to go ahead with launching public issues.
The promoter holding has a stake of 60.24% in the company, with CX Partners having a 33.79% stake to its name.
Barbeque Nation Hospitality has more than 130 outlets across the country.
The company also has 7 overseas branches in the countries of Oman, UAE, and Malaysia.
