The company establishes and expands its restaurant cluster through the widely successful cluster approach and penetration strategy.
The brand aims to launch newer restaurants at the prominent locations and districts of high visibility and high traffic areas located in prominent metropolitan cities spread across cities, aiming to expand the existing restaurants at the same time developing newer outlets within that cluster.
The company’s success widely depends on this approach which helps the brand in efficiently managing the much scalable supply chains and thriving to drive down costs.
